So a transformer expoded in Mesa around 11:45 am, leaving a big black smoky mess! It was bad!

We lost power at 2 pm. In fact 80,000 people lost power.

I can't figure out why it took so long for us to loose power.

It was kind of cool, except for the fact my kids were pumped up by the excitement

....or upset because electricity runs ALL their toys and they had no idea what to do.

I told them to read a book

Blank stares....That is gonna change!

Thank goodness Walmart (the Greenfield one) had power.

That is where we spent an hour.

Wayyy fun!

Power is on now and all is well,

Except for the poor transformer.
