Last week, we were brave and took the scouts to the zoo. I've had my zoo pass for two months and decided to do it. It was a lot of fun. The animals were pretty neat, but playing in the water was even better. It was a great way to cool off and take a break from discovering which animals were endangered.
The boys also enjoyed goofing off at the farm. Our zoo has playgrounds all throughout and if we let the boys, they would see three animals and spend the rest of the time there. Can't blame them for that.
Wednesday, Zach got his braces. Poor kid. He did very well, though.

I love that you took the scouts to the zoo. Even more impressive, that you tried to show the boys some animals. My kids think the zoo is a big playground. One trip, we let them play and get wet. When it was time to leave, they asked "Are we going to see any animals?" Funny huh?
